That is fascinating scenery, but it looks like a risky location to be with any heavy rains.

The place is bad enough even in good weather..the only folk who brave it out there are Monks in their monestaries .. its ice bound from November onwards to April..nevertheless this area is fast becoming very much a tourist destination if not a drive bye.
